    Refunds

    Due to the custom nature of our printed products, all sales are final. Each order is made specifically to your design specifications and cannot be restocked or resold. For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once production has started.

    We strongly encourage customers to review all proofs carefully before approval. Dodge Graphix is not responsible for errors in spelling, colors, sizing, or layout once a proof has been approved.

    If there is a manufacturing defect or issue with your order upon delivery, please contact us within 3 business days so we can address the concern promptly.

    Exchanges

    Because all of our products are custom-made to order, we do not offer exchanges for sizing, color changes, or design modifications after the proof has been approved.

    However, if you receive an item that is damageddefective, or incorrect due to an error on our end, we will gladly remake the item at no additional cost. Please notify us within 3 business days of receiving your order, and include photos of the issue for review.

    We’re committed to delivering high-quality results, and we’ll work with you to make it right if there’s a production error.

    Damages and issues

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
