Refund policy
Due to the custom nature of our printed products, all sales are final. Each order is made specifically to your design specifications and cannot be restocked or resold. For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once production has started.
We strongly encourage customers to review all proofs carefully before approval. Dodge Graphix is not responsible for errors in spelling, colors, sizing, or layout once a proof has been approved.
If there is a manufacturing defect or issue with your order upon delivery, please contact us within 7-10 business days so we can address the concern promptly.
